DIRECT HIRE opportunity! 25+ hours/week, some evening/weekend hours required on occasion, primarily remote; potential for more hours if desired.
Tasks will include:
Prepare real estate forms and documents
Coordinate showings and assist at Open Houses; obtain feedback. Occasionally take photographs of a property/place and place or remove signs.
Extensive Client communication
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Prepare listing materials and post property listings
Manage client database
Assist with closing process
Prepare correspondence and other client-facing material
Prepare and distribute marketing materials, primarily via MailChimp
Meet/greet clients; answer phones
Other duties as assigned
