Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, potential Contract to Hire!
This position will perform a variety of clerical tasks in support of the communications and data flow in the department.
Specific duties include (but are not all inclusive):
• Primarily perform alphanumeric data entry
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining and producing mailing lists, assisting in producing letters and envelopes for mailings, and editing proofreading documents.
• Provide accurate, valid and timely processing and maintenance of all records.
• Other clerical tasks as assigned.
Solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment is needed. Prior office experience is required. Send your resume for consideration today to email@example.com.
