Administrative Coordinator in Augusta, ME
Full-time, Contract to Hire, Career opportunity with this well-known and respected non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong administrative and interpersonal skills to effectively support staff, as well as possess a commitment to economic and social justice.

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel to maintain, modify and create workbooks for grants, budgets, payroll and other requests

Report on agency grants and contracts and assist with financial reporting; assist with audit preparation; prepare and proofread reports

Assist the Exec. Director with Board-related correspondence, to include drafting, editing and proofreading

Liaison with outsourced IT provider; research and assist with assistive technology for programmatic and staff use

Monitor hardware and software usage within the agency; maintain equipment inventory

Prepare computers for new employees; train new employees in technology and software

Assist CFO with fiscal management activities

Schedule and host internal and external in-person and virtual meetings, including arranging interpreters and other accessibility accommodations

Coordinate travel arrangements

This position can be based at either the Falmouth or Augusta office, in combination with hybrid/remote work options. Includes periodic travel between both offices.

Chiropractic Assistant in Bangor, ME 04401
Join a great team where patient care is the top priority! BASS is recruiting a Chiropractic Assistant for our client in Bangor. Great Monday thru Friday schedule with Fridays early out at 2:30pm. Our client is willing to train for the right candidate!

Some duties include:
-Assist Chiropractor with clinical procedures
-Provide physiotherapy treatments
-Perform new patient intakes
-Maintain client's database, manage inventory/order supplies, process medical records requests, and other administrative duties
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
-Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care
-Team player with strong attention to detail
-Experience in a medical office or facility preferred yet not required
-Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology beneficial yet not required
-Chiropractic Assistant certification is a plus (if do not have, must be willing to work towards obtaining this certification)

Receptionist/Scheduler - Part-time in Holden, ME 04429
BASS is seeking candidates for a Part-Time, Receptionist/Scheduler position for our chiropractic client. Our client may have some flexibility depending on the schedule you are seeking!
Your part-time hours will be scheduled within their office hours; 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon, Tues, & Thur. Early out by 1:30 pm Wed & Friday.

Duties include: Welcoming clients/patients and checking in and ensuring all information up to date, i.e. insurance, etc.. Checking patients out, taking payments, answering busy phones, doing reminder calls and updating patients regarding schedule changes, products and doing clerical tasks.
Previous Receptionist/Office experience; medical and/or chiropractic office experience preferred yet not required. Top notch people and office skills.
