As Operations Assistant Manager at our client's wholesale coffee roastery, you will assist in a variety of duties. They are willing to train! Scheduling, inventory control & ordering, and coaching/training staff. Roasting beans per strict manufacturing guidelines, packaging and ensure equipment cleaning and working properly. Assist in making deliveries locally.

If you have some marketing savvy, you help come up with amazing marketing posts.
You must enjoy working as part of a team, computer knowledge, and high attention to detail. Manufacturing experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and crouch.

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Embroidery Machine Operator in Pittsfield, ME 04967

Plan embroidery production while maintaining a high level of quality by embroidering all designs to the proper standards and specifications. Maintain embroidery machines, follow order information to ensure accuracy of customers’ orders. Fine tune existing embroidery images and potentially digitize and create new embroidery designs. Measure material for placement of embroidery symbol, monogram, memorial, etc. Position requires strong math skills.
• Obtain standards on eye, dexterity, math and color tests.

Manufacturing Master Scheduler in Pittsfield, ME 04967

Assures accuracy of manufactured SKUs data and coordinates with materials manager and manufacturing managers to forecast, plan and schedule manufactured product
Basic Tasks:
Coordinates with materials manager, product management and manufacturing to assure that all manufactured SKUs are properly generated and maintained.
Maintain SKU manufacturing family data, minimum/maximum order quantities, reorder levels and quantities
Monitor demand and develop forecasts for manufactured product families by month for both stocked and non stocked SKUs.
Monitor manufacturing capacities by product families in relationship to demand forecasts and maintain weekly schedules for Client softgoods and metalware manufacturing units.
Maintain manufactured items standard lead times based on weekly demand for custom items and need for stock and manufacturing capacity
Advise customer service when delivery dates to sales orders need to be updated.
Assist customer service with coordinating requests for expedited delivery of sales orders
Monitor raw material requirements for planned manufacturing and work with buyers to assure raw material availability.
Maintain ability to use and improve Client tools for data analysis and production/inventory planning
Evaluate process and systems to continuously improve forecasting and scheduling tasks.
Work closely with manufacturing management to assure scheduled production is completed on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities.
Coordinate with Manager in resolving production planning and control issues.
Education Required:
Associates degree or 10 years of on the job experience
APICS certification a plus.
Position Requirements:
5 years of experience in scheduling or administrative functions.
Excellent math skills.
Knowledge of the structure and function of relational databases.
Ability to use and develop MS Access queries.
At least intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
