Counter Clerk - Parts in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
Seeking full-time Counter/Customer Service candidates for our automotive parts client in Bangor. Potential to earn BONUS pay each quarter. Great day shift, 9 am to 5 pm, for this 7 day a week business.

Seeking candidates for Front Office Receptionists for our chiropractic office client with a offices in Ellsworth and Bangor.

Current schedule for full time:
Monday 7:30a - 6:30p
Tuesday 8:30a - 5:30p
Wednesday 7:30a - 6:30p
Thursday 8:30a - 5:30p
Friday 7:30a - 2:30p

This is a full time position yet our client may consider candidates seeking part time (20-30 hours) as well.

Some tasks to include: Welcoming clients and checking them in, check out, scheduling appointments, entering clients data, and answering busy phones.
Requirements
Candidates must bring: Friendly people skills, ability to work in a fast paced work environment, ability to stand for long periods, quick and accurate data entry, and good computer skills. Prefer receptionist/scheduling experience yet will train candidates with customer service experience and solid work history.

Seeking candidates for a part time Personal Assistant for our client in Bangor. Great opportunity for someone looking to make some extra cash! Typical duties include keeping professional and personal calendars organized, office/clerical tasks, and running errands.
