Bookkeeper (part-time) in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to work part-time at our area non-profit client. In this position you will be responsible in maintaining their financial records; and collection and disbursement of funds. Hours: Monday thru Friday @20 hours a week.

Duties to include:

Prepare deposits.
Prepare and mail invoices; ensure collection of outstanding invoices is completed.
Process accounts payable.
Enter financial information into QuickBooks in a timely fashion.
Prepare financial reports to include profit & loss statements, grants, and balance sheets.
Process payroll
Ensure financials ready for fiscal year end.

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Requirements
Our clients qualifications are:
Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience.
QuickBooks software proficiency.
Knowledge of Non-Profit Organizations/grants a plus.
High attention to detail.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
If you’re seeking a position where you can help others and that will give you a sense of accomplishment, this is the job for you! We are recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DPS) for our nonprofit client. No certifications or experience required, our client will pay for training! Need a specific schedule? Our client can be flexible! Full-time, part-time, day, evening, and overnight shifts are all available. Benefits are offered to those working 30+ hours per week!

In this position you will be responsible for the care and support of consumers who have developmental or physical disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Some duties include:
- Support consumers by teaching new skills and encouraging personal growth
- Organize and participate in appropriate activities, hobbies, and socialization opportunities
-Transport consumers to appointments and other outings
-Complete daily documentation
-Provide aid in house cleaning and physical care
Requirements
A caring and compassionate personality
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
