Description
Bangor Area Staffing is seeking part-time an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for an opportunity with our client, a CPA firm, $17-$19 an hour. Lots of variety makes this position very interesting.

Tasks to include:

-Answering phones, greeting clients, mail and shipping processing, file/record management, archiving/scanning, general office cleanup and supply stocking, and scheduling client appointments.
-Scanning of work papers, tax return assembly and filing, document scanning, and E-file scanning to other site admins.
-Entering receipts into excel spreadsheet for clients as requested.
-Run annual payroll reports for clients as requested.
-Assist in bookkeeping for clients as requested.
-Provide support to accountants and management as needed and requested, handle special projects as assigned, and incidental tasks for the firm in general as needed.
Requirements
You bring:

-Relevant business experience (5+ years) in a small to mid-sized office environment; financial service environment and Associate Degree a plus.
-Strong attention to detail; Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Service driven, and the ability to learn and take on responsibility while working both independently and within a team in a seasonally fast-paced environment.
-Experience with Microsoft Office, superior skills in Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook (especially schedule in shared calendars), and PowerPoint; the proven ability to learn time & billing or other industry specific software applications a plus.
-Meet full background check requirements

Hours: Monday thru Friday, Noon to 5 pm; the Contract starts mid-December and goes thru the end of tax season/April 2021.

Real Estate Closing Coordinator in Waterville
Description
Contract to Hire opportunity! This position is responsible for all aspects of the closing process, including but not limited to loan closing package creation, CDF approval, scheduling, disbursing and title insurance. Part-time, 24 hours/week, Wednesday – Friday 8a-5p. Great way to supplement your income!

The right candidate will have prior real estate and/or loan processing experience, a strong attention to detail, a highly responsive client-services manner, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
Requirements
Knowledge of Soft Pro (and other software programs in use), detail-orientated, well organized, effective time management skills, and the ability to multi-task. Two good employment references, mature work ethic, high school diploma or equivalent and comparable experience is a must.
