The BASS Team is seeking experienced Carpenters for this Direct Hire, year-round, opportunity for our construction client that work on commercial facilities, residential homes, and more. Monday-Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based upon experience. Benefit package to include health, PTO, IRA with match, etc.

You will work as part of a team where you will put your highly skilled carpentry skills to do tasks such as:
Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using a variety of materials
Fits and installs window, doors, interior and exterior trim
Be able to read specifications: on blueprints, sketches, or building plans
Cuts materials to specified measurements

Requirements
Must be able to use a variety of tools for this position such as using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels; use a wide variety of hand tools, machines, power saws.

Must be experienced in commercial and/or residential carpentry
Must be able to communicate well and be a Team Player
Possess a good work ethic, punctual
Efficient and motivated with a clean and professional appearance
Valid driver’s license required
Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety
Strong working knowledge of job site safety

Description
BASS is seeking a skilled Hardscape/Landscape Technician for our client based out of Holden. This position's schedule is typically Monday-Friday starting at 6:30am. Pay based on experience, $20-30 per hour.

Qualifications and Duties:
-Good working knowledge of Hardscapes, Landscapes, and equipment.
-Experience installing hardscapes/landscapes at residential and commercial properties: patios, walkways, fences, steps, retaining walls, drainage, etc.
-Execute proper landscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full-service installations and proper handling of all materials.
-Willingness to learn proper techniques and safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
-Will routinely load/unload vehicles (including tractors onto trailers) and safely transport equipment and materials to the job site.
-Keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair and working order.
-If candidates have snow plow/removal experience, there is the possibility for that work during the offseason.

Requirements
-Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.
-Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicles.
-Good communication skills.
-Have strong attention to detail and be able to work with a team or independently.
-Be able to work well following instructions.

Description
DIRECT HIRE! 2nd shift openings, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Responsible for running jobs complete, from set-up through 1st piece of inspection; in-process inspection and job tear down.
Must be able to follow set-up and tool sheets for set-ups, uploading/downloading of CNC programs, accurately machining product, documenting inspection sheets, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, accurately accounting job time, following safety protocols and producing parts to expected quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Milling, Lathes, Roughing and Finishing Op's; be a team player with good communication and collaboration skills; and possess strong Quality Control abilities.

Requirements
2 year Machine Tool Tech degree preferred, machinist apprenticeship or relative experience strongly considered. Blueprint reading, GDT and Inspections skills a plus! Ability to apply knowledge of mechanics, shop math, sequencing, metal properties, layout, tolerances and machining procedures is a must.
