Description
BASS is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Tax Season Administrative Assistant to aid our client, a local CPA firm. This part-time, temporary position is expected to run from approximately the end of January through mid-April, with a typical schedule of Monday thru Friday, 5-6 hours per day. The successful candidate will play an important role in tax season operations, primarily handling phone inquiries, assisting clients in the lobby, and ensuring the efficient organization of scanned tax documents.
Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming phone calls and providing professional and friendly assistance
-Welcoming and assisting clients who walk into the office lobby
-Scanning and organizing tax documents with a high level of attention to detail
-Performing general administrative tasks to support tax season operations
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative role
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with both clients and team members
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in basic office software and equipment
-Must meet background check requirements
