Provide general info/forms/assistance to members and the general public
Receive calls, notifications and requests for the Unit-manage or redirect
Identify and request needed documentation
Create death notifications
Review completed documents relative to Death Claims, Waivers of Premium, Conversions, and Evidence of Insurability
Process various monthly reports
Other various tasks as assigned
Requirements
Two good employment references; Mature work ethic; Comparable/Transferable experience; HS Diploma or equivalent
